Land Energy – Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Introduction
This statement is made on behalf of Land Energy Girvan Ltd, trading as Land Energy pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business operations and supply chains.
Land Energy is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and with integrity. We recognise our responsibility to respect human rights and to ensure that slavery, servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking have no place within our organisation or supply chain.

Supply Chain Due Diligence
Land Energy Girvan Ltd recognises that supply chain management is a key area in mitigating the risk of modern slavery. We are committed to thoroughly vetting our supply chain and working only with suppliers who demonstrate responsible and lawful business practices.
Our due diligence measures include:
- Assessing suppliers against ethical, environmental, and legal compliance standards;
- Seeking assurances from suppliers regarding compliance with anti-slavery and human trafficking laws;
- Prioritising suppliers with recognised certification schemes and robust governance practices;
- Monitoring supplier relationships and addressing concerns where risks are identified;
- Supporting traceability and transparency within timber and biomass sourcing activities in line with FSC® principles.
We expect all suppliers, contractors, and business partners to operate in accordance with applicable laws and to share our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.
